BIOS


Travis Sawin, Project Manager - has been associated with Cloud Construction Co., Inc. since early November, 2008, after several years in supervisory/managerial work.  During his association with the firm, Travis has gained direct knowledge of field operations, both as a field worker and as a Superintendent.  Currently, he serves as Project Manager and Estimator and manages the firm’s participation in an on-line plan room.  Travis is a December, 2000 graduate of Texas A & M University.  He is an EPA Certified Renovator trained in lead-safe work practices under the EPA’s RRP Rule.

Blake Pitts joined Matous Construction in 2006 after graduating from Texas A&M University where he received a degree in Construction Science.  He graduated No. 1 in his class in the School of Architecture.  He currently serves as Project Manager on our larger construction projects.  His detail oriented approach to managing a project ensures the project to be delivered on time and under budget.

Blake lives in Temple with his wife Jennifer and their daughter Kinley.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Jim Robinson, Project Manager/Estimator, provides high quality project management on many of our jobs while also providing the Estimating Team with accurate quantity take-offs. Because of his background and experience he is also highly skilled at superintending excavation projects. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree.

Rhonda Nebgen - Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Rhonda's role is to oversee the day-to-day operations required to achieve timely completion of her projects, with special emphasis on quality control and safety.  Specifically, Rhonda manages all project correspondence including contracts with the owner, subcontractors, and suppliers; budgets; change orders; RFIs and submittals as well as updating and coordinating the project schedule with the owner, subcontractors, suppliers and Emerson's own forces. She has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in coordinating and managing contract correspondence. Beyond the Project Manager duties, Rhonda serves as the bid captain on various bid solicitations, assists with pursuing new client acquisition & relations and project opportunities, and is responsible for corporate storm water compliance. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M Central Texas, formerly Tarleton State University.
