About Bruce:

Bruce Matous was raised in the construction business by Lee Roy Psencik. He worked for Mr. Psencik as a pipe layer / laborer in the summers while still in high school. Bruce learned to estimate while still in school and often worked weekends in college helping him bid jobs.

At Matous Construction, Bruce is CEO and serves as a Senior Project Manager and Estimator. He visits jobsites on a weekly basis to obtain a close look at job progress. He continues to develop means and methods for constructing projects in a safe manner as well as on time and under budget.

Bruce graduated from Texas State Technical College with a degree in Civil Engineering. Bruce has served on many charitable boards including Holy Trinity Catholic High School, St. Vincent de Paul Society, The Robert S. Love Foundation (Supporting Cancer Research), and Eagles Wings Youth Retreat Center. Bruce coaches soccer, loves saltwater fishing, water skiing, and working out at Crossfit.

About John:
John has over thirty five years of experience in the construction industry, including twenty years as President and CEO of EBCO General Contractor.
John’s “hands-on” management skills have been cultivated through years of construction field supervision as a superintendent and project manager. As the managing partner of EBCO General Contractor, LTD., he is re-sponsible for attaining the profitability and growth goals for the company.
John and his wife, Karen live in Cameron, and have raised three children here. They are recent empty-nesters. Around home, John is the ‘Grill Master’ and always enjoys entertaining friends and family. He is also an avid reader of business books – Jim Collins’ Good to Great is a favorite.
John is actively involved in the Community through his membership on various boards throughout the Cameron and Temple areas. He is on the Board of Directors of the Citizen’s National Bank (CNB) where he also serves on the Executive and Trust Committee. He is also a member and past President of the Cameron Chamber of Commerce, member and past President of the Cameron Industrial Foundation, past Vice President of the Cameron Economic Development Corporation and past Committee Chair of the Temple Chamber of Commerce.

About Perry:
Perry Cloud, like his father and grandfather, is active in various civic capacities continually working for the betterment of the community and the Killeen/Fort Hood/Copperas Cove area. He has served on numerous committees in the Temple Chamber of Commerce promoting Temple and the Central Texas Area. In fact, Perry is a third-generation of the Cloud Family to serve his community by being actively involved in both the Temple Chamber of Commerce and the Central Texas Chapter of the Association of the United States Army.

Now President of CLOUD CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., Perry leads the company into an exciting future, providing the same high quality construction service to Central Texas as has been provided for over one-half century. He stays abreast of the ever-changing market, industry regulations, and proposed projects, all the while, guiding the firm in bidding projects for which it is best suited. By doing so, Perry leads the company in continuing to provide employment for a large number of people, thereby adding to the area’s economy through payroll, both direct and sub-tier, and material and equipment purchases.

Perry’s leadership in the construction industry, as well as in civic and church capacities, has been influential and directly impacted on a large number of people and the area economy. His work with and for young people has assisted in insuring a bright future for the next generation.

About Russell:
Russell is a graduate of Temple High School and Texas A & M.  He is the owner of RT Schneider Construction Co., Ltd.  He has been married to Joy for 35 years and has three children.  Russell is a City of Temple Council Member and Bell County Commissioner.
