What are the collateral consequences of this tax choice or action? The session will cover many situations and examples. Gifting/Succession Planning - Some believe the best estate plan is dying as your last check bounces. This session is not for those people. We will explore how to preserve wealth while navigating the complex world of estate and trust tax law at a level befitting of a Sunday afternoon.
