Clay Greene is Department Manager of Construction Technology at Garney Construction, where he leads the company’s technology innovation and research initiatives. Clay has built a career focused on leveraging technology to improve safety, quality, and efficiency on complex water and wastewater projects. His team manages Garney’s structured R&D program, which has piloted more than 25 emerging technologies, including drone systems, artificial intelligence, predictive safety, and reality capture tools. Under his leadership, Garney has scaled field-proven technologies such as DroneDeploy, 811 Spotter, and RodRadar to strengthen construction performance nationwide.
Ryan brings 25 years of construction technology experience working with leading technology companies to help them embrace and integrate technologies. As Chair of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Technology Committee, he played a critical role in establishing the AGC Technology Conference in 2008 and just successfully completed their 17th annual conference this past August. Currently at Tarkett Sports Construction, he plays a vital role in IT, with a focus on analyzing construction data, managing construction equipment, and construction equipment. Ryan has presented on Construction Technology at several national conferences including the AGC Tech Conference, Tenna National Conference, and Tarkett National Company Meeting.
