Sara is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant, a certified practitioner of The Predictive Index, a certified EQ-i2.0/EQ 360 Assessment Administrator as well as an experienced Emotional Intelligence, Performance, Team, and Leadership Coach.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in administration from Eastern Michigan University.
